Why families choose us

Treatment abroad, without the guesswork

Most Bangladeshi patients reach India through informal agents, with no written estimate and nobody to answer for what happens next. We were set up to be the opposite of that.

An appointed representative, not a broker

Guide Doctors Chamber Bangladesh Ltd represents its associate hospitals in Bangladesh under written agreements — not an informal middleman arrangement.

No fee, no mark-up, nothing added to your bill

Patients pay the hospital directly at the hospital's published rates. We are paid by our hospital and network partners under written agreements, never out of your treatment budget.

Your language, your time zone

Every conversation — reports, estimates, questions at midnight — happens in Bangla with someone you can reach in Dhaka.

We stay after you come home

Follow-up reviews, teleconsultations with your treating doctor and report sharing continue once you are back in Bangladesh.

What we do

Everything between your first question and your last follow-up

One team handles the medical side, the paperwork side and the human side — so a family only ever has one number to call.

Free medical opinion

Share your diagnosis, reports and imaging. We route them to the right specialist in India and return a written opinion on what the treatment would involve.

Written cost estimate

A clear estimate covering the procedure, hospital stay, and expected duration — so a family can plan before committing to anything.

Doctor & hospital matching

We match the case to the hospital and consultant with the strongest track record for that condition, not to whoever is easiest to book.

Medical visa invitation letter

The hospital's invitation letter is arranged for the patient and attendants, with guidance on the medical visa application itself.

Appointments & admission

Consultations, investigations and admission dates are confirmed before you fly, so no one waits in a queue in an unfamiliar city.

Travel, airport pickup & stay

Flight guidance, airport pickup, and accommodation near the hospital arranged to suit the family's budget.

On-ground interpreter & attendant support

A Bangla-speaking coordinator with you for consultations, billing and daily needs throughout the stay.

Follow-up after you return

Discharge summary review, teleconsultation with the treating doctor, and coordination of the next review from Bangladesh.

Associate hospitals

Care delivered inside a network you can look up

We do not send patients to a name we cannot vouch for. Every hospital we refer to is an accredited institution with a dedicated international patient desk, and our relationship with each of them is governed by a written agreement. What each hospital treats is set out on its own page — because that capability is theirs, not ours to claim.

Every case we send is registered with the hospital in writing before the first appointment — so the family always knows exactly who is treating them, and why.

Additional centres of excellence

Where a case is better handled somewhere we do not represent, we say so and route it to the right hospital — the recommendation follows the diagnosis, never the fee.

How it works

Seven steps, one point of contact

The same person who reads your first message stays with your case until the last follow-up is done.

A coordinator welcomes an arriving Bangladeshi family at the airport and helps with their luggage

“Nobody should land in an unfamiliar city, sick and unsure, with no one waiting for them.”

A Bangla-speaking coordinator meets every family at the airport.

01

Send us the reports

Call or WhatsApp us with the diagnosis, prescriptions, test results and imaging. A photo of each document is enough to begin.

02

Get an opinion and an estimate

We present the case to the right specialist in India and come back with a written medical opinion plus an estimated cost and length of stay.

03

Decide with your family

We walk you through the plan in Bangla, answer questions, and arrange a video call with the consultant if you want to hear it first-hand.

04

Visa letter and appointment

The hospital issues an invitation letter for the patient and attendants. We guide the medical visa application and lock the appointment date.

Partnerships

Work with us under a signed agreement

Questions

The things families ask first

Nothing. Our opinion, estimate, visa letter coordination, appointment booking and on-ground support are free to the patient. You pay the hospital directly at the hospital's own published rates, with nothing added by us. We are paid by our hospital and network partners under written agreements — never out of your treatment budget.

Usually within 48 hours of receiving complete reports. Complex cases that need a tumour board or multi-department review can take a few days longer.

Our associate hospitals are Manipal Hospitals, KIMS Hospitals Bengaluru, Fortis Healthcare, Apollo Hospitals Greams Road, Apollo Proton Cancer Centre, Rela Hospital Chennai, Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital and HCG Cancer Centres, and the list grows as we sign new agreements. Each hospital page sets out what that hospital actually treats. Where a case is better handled somewhere we do not represent, we will say so and route it to the appropriate centre of excellence.

Yes. Once the hospital confirms the appointment it issues an invitation letter for the patient and attendants. We guide you through the medical visa application, the documents required and the appointment process.

No. The patient is billed by the hospital, pays the hospital, and receives the hospital's own receipt. We never handle or inflate treatment payments.

More questions? Ask us directly.

Send us the reports. We will take it from there.

One message with the diagnosis and test results is enough to start. You will have a specialist opinion and a written cost estimate back — free, and with no obligation to travel.

We respond to every enquiry within 24 hours.
