About us

Bangladesh's link to trusted care in India

Guide Doctors Chamber Bangladesh Ltd is the Bangladesh arm of Guide Doctors Chamber, India, and the appointed Bangladesh representative for a network of accredited Indian hospitals. We are the local face, the local voice, and the office a family in Dhaka can actually walk into.

Our story

A named person, responsible from start to finish

Thousands of Bangladeshi families travel to India for treatment every year. Too many of them do it through informal agents, with no written estimate, no idea who they will see, and no one to call when something goes wrong. We exist to replace that with something accountable: a named representative, a written opinion, a written estimate, and one person responsible from the first phone call to the final follow-up.

Mission

To make treatment abroad understandable, affordable and humane for Bangladeshi families — by guiding every patient to the right doctor, with the full cost known in advance and support at every step.

Vision

To be the most trusted name in Bangladesh for medical travel, and the partner that leading hospitals abroad choose when they want to serve Bangladeshi patients properly.

What we stand for

Four rules we do not bend

Trust before revenue

If treatment abroad is not the right answer for a patient, we say so. A referral we should not have made costs more than the one we did not make.

Total transparency

Written opinions, written estimates, and a straight answer about who pays us. What a patient will owe the hospital is on paper before they travel.

The family, not the case

Attendants, budgets, food, prayer, language, fear. Treatment is a family event and we plan for the whole family.

Accountability in writing

Agreements with hospitals, agreements with partners, records of every referral. If it matters, it is documented.

Why India

Why so many Bangladeshi families travel for care

It is rarely about luxury. It is about outcomes, waiting time and a bill the family can actually plan for.

Proven clinical outcomes

Tertiary hospitals with international accreditation, high procedure volumes and specialists trained across the world.

A fraction of Western cost

Comparable procedures at a small fraction of what the same care costs in Europe, the USA or Singapore.

Two hours away

Direct flights from Dhaka, a medical visa system built for patients, and no long waiting lists.

Familiar and close to home

Shared food, climate and language make a long recovery easier on a family far from home.

Send us the reports. We will take it from there.

One message with the diagnosis and test results is enough to start. You will have a specialist opinion and a written cost estimate back — free, and with no obligation to travel.

We respond to every enquiry within 24 hours.
