Hospitals gain a verified, accountable channel into the Bangladesh market. Doctors, diagnostic centres and clinics here gain somewhere trustworthy to send a patient who needs care abroad, knowing the whole journey will be handled properly. Terms are agreed directly between us and set out in a signed agreement.
Both tracks run on the same principle: everything is agreed in writing before a single patient is introduced.

Somewhere you can confidently send a patient
If you already advise patients who travel abroad for treatment, you know the hard part is not the referral — it is knowing what happens after it. Send the case to us and we handle it from the first written opinion to the last follow-up, and tell you how it went.
A written opinion and cost estimate before the patient commits to anything
Your patient pays the hospital directly — we add no mark-up
Full visibility of case status from referral to discharge
The patient comes back to you for follow-up in Bangladesh
Not every partner is a hospital. These are companies we work with under signed agreements, whose work sits around the treatment rather than in it. None of them treats patients, none of them has any part in clinical advice, and none of them is paid out of a patient's treatment budget.
Healthcare technology
Machi Power Systems
Machi Power Systems Pvt Ltd·Hyderabad, Telangana, India
“Powering Innovation Across Healthcare, Defence, Energy & Aerospace”
Machi Power Systems is an Indian engineering company working across healthcare, defence, energy and aerospace. Its healthcare work is the reason it is on this page: the company describes itself as a "Healthcare Ecosystem Integrator and Technology Partner" for India's medical travel sector — in its own words, "not a hospital, not a travel agency", but "the intelligent layer between them". That is the same problem we solve by hand, one family at a time.
A technology partner to the sector, not a provider of care
Building coordination technology that links hospitals, digital health platforms and patient coordinators
Works in energy systems, connected infrastructure and aerial logistics outside healthcare
Machi Power Systems' healthcare programme is in development. We describe what the company is building, not services available to a patient today.
“Pioneering Warranty Protection for Medical Tourism”
HYKR Assured is a United States company running a warranty programme built for medical tourism patients. Its model is a certificate bought before or during treatment: where an eligible complication of the treated procedure appears after the patient has gone home, HYKR coordinates the corrective care and meets approved costs under the terms of that certificate. It speaks to the part of travelling for treatment that has always been hardest to answer for — the distance between a patient and their surgeon once the flight home has landed.
A warranty programme, not a hospital and not a provider of care
Built around complications that appear after a patient has returned home
Publishes its own terms, waiting periods and exclusions in full on its site
HYKR Assured is not insurance. Its own terms describe it as a service contract offering coordination-based support, with no indemnification, no reimbursement guarantee, no underwriting and no risk pooling. What any certificate covers — and the waiting period, the limit and the exclusions that come with it — is set by that certificate's own terms.
HYKR Assured is listed here as a company we work with. What is available to a patient resident in Bangladesh, and on what terms, is being confirmed with HYKR in writing before we describe the programme to anyone.
Bharat Treatment is a Kolkata medical travel facilitator, trading since July 2022 and led by its founder, Pradip Kumar Roy. Its own disclaimer is direct about what it is — "We are Healthcare Facilitators, not providers" — and what it publishes is the practical work around an admission: visa invitation letters, appointments, cost estimates, medicines, follow-up checkups and an ambulance run from residence to airport to hospital. What it does for us is the ground side of that, for patients we have already placed at a hospital: local hands in a country where we keep no office of our own, working behind our coordinator rather than in place of them.
A facilitator working on the ground in India — not a hospital, and not a provider of care
Based in Kolkata, the closest Indian medical hub to Dhaka
The hospital list they have given us runs to 33 entries in India — all but two of them in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi or Kolkata — with three more in Bangkok and Türkiye
Entries rather than institutions: five organisations appear on that list twice, so it reaches around 28 distinct providers
Whose hospital agreements are whose
Bharat Treatment publishes a list of hospitals it describes as partners, and some of them are hospitals we work with too. Those are its statements about its own relationships, not ours. Every associate hospital on this site is here because Guide Doctors Chamber holds a signed agreement with that hospital and deals with its international patient desk directly — no case, no referral and no appointment of ours runs through Bharat Treatment or any other intermediary. Its part begins after a patient has been placed, and never reaches the hospital relationship.
Bharat Treatment does not treat patients and takes no part in clinical advice or in which hospital or consultant we recommend. It is not something a patient of ours takes up, buys or is charged for: the arrangement sits behind our own coordination, and the coordinator we give you stays the person accountable for your case.
Bharat Treatment publishes nothing about Bangladesh — no office here, no Bangla-language material and no Bangladeshi contact. What its ground support covers for a patient travelling from Dhaka, and in which cities, is being settled with it in writing before we describe it to anyone.
A corporate partner is an organisation we have a written agreement with that supports the journey around the treatment. They do not treat patients, they never appear in a recommendation, and nothing they offer is a condition of us helping you. Where a partner has something to offer a patient directly, we will say plainly what it does and does not include — and you are free to say no.
How we work
What both sides commit to
These principles hold in every partnership we enter, whichever side of the referral you are on. The commercial terms of an individual agreement are settled directly between the two organisations.
01
Nothing begins without a signed agreement
Scope, responsibilities, territory and duration are written down and executed by both sides before a single patient is introduced. Verbal arrangements are not accepted by either side.
02
The patient is never charged for us
Patients pay the hospital directly, at the hospital's own published rates. We add no mark-up and no service charge to anyone's hospital bill, in any arrangement, ever.
03
Clinical advice is not for sale
Where a case is better handled at a hospital we do not represent, we say so and route it there. No arrangement with any hospital changes what we tell a patient their options are.
04
Every referral is registered in writing
A case is logged with the hospital before the patient's first appointment, so who introduced whom is documented up front rather than argued about later.
05
Confidentiality and patient data
Patient records are shared only with the treating hospital, and only with the patient's consent. Both parties stay bound by confidentiality for the life of the agreement and beyond.
06
Lawful and ethical practice
Arrangements are structured as marketing, representation and patient-facilitation services, and are performed in compliance with the applicable laws and medical-council rules of Bangladesh and India.
Our arrangements cover marketing, representation and patient-facilitation services. They never influence clinical advice, and nothing is ever added to a patient's hospital bill. The executed agreement prevails over anything summarised on this page, and its terms are a matter between the parties who sign it.
Getting started
From first call to first referral
A straightforward five-step process. Most partnerships are signed within two to three weeks of the first conversation.
01
Introductory call
We understand your specialties, capacity and the patient profile you want from Bangladesh.
02
Terms discussed directly
Scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are worked out between us privately, and drafted.
03
Agreement signed
An MoU or representation agreement is executed by both parties before any referral is made.
04
Launch & referrals begin
Contact channels, referral formats and reporting templates are set up and the first cases start.
05
Reviewed against reality
Case status and outcomes are reported on the agreed cycle, and the arrangement is reviewed against how it is actually working.
Let's start a conversation
Tell us who you are and what you are looking for. We will come back to you directly to discuss how a working arrangement would fit, and put a draft agreement in front of you before anything is signed.
